Had a client recently that showed me some Zaps they setup on their own. They had 2 that were basically the same zap with some minor differences and were doing the same task twice and creating duplicate records and eating into the monthly task limit. They had forgotten they made it a while ago and didn't realize that was the cause of the issue. Solution: Organize all your automations into 1 Airtable base so you can keep track of all your automations across all platforms at a glance.
